Anthropocene: Art Installation by Karen Lené Rudd at Jefferson Museum of Art & History Opening

Port Townsend-based artist Karen Lené Rudd examines the use of natural resources and the role of the worker in this ambitious installation. Objects of huge and miniature scale combine to offer a window into the beautiful and horrifying era of humans on our planet.

Visit Anthropocene Thursday through Sunday, 11:00AM to 4:00PM, through September 18.

First Saturdays are free to all, and we are open late for Art Walk. We’ll have music in the gallery from 5:00 – 7:00PM featuring, July 2: Joe Fulton and Friends, August 6: Ahmad Baabahar, September 3: Kristin Myers. Come celebrate art and mingle with your community.
