Dabob Days Watershed Restoration

Support ongoing restoration of your local watersheds with Northwest Watershed Institute! Northwest Watershed Institute (NWI) has led a nationally-recognized effort to protect and restore wild salmon and wildlife habitat in Tarboo Creek and Tarboo-Dabob Bay, one of the few remaining intact lowland stream and estuary systems in Puget Sound. With over two decades of restoration projects to maintain, volunteer support is crucial! This month, Dabob Days volunteers will help with putting cages around young native trees that have been getting eaten by wildlife. This is a big task and volunteers like you can help more native plants survive and thrive! Please email megan@nwwatershed.org to sign-up and get more details.
