NOSC Dungeness River Volunteer Planting Event - Sat and Sun, Mar 4th-5th

Join the Salmon Coalition in planting and mulching native trees and shrubs at a volunteer event along the Dungeness River in Sequim. NOSCis aiming to plant nearly 12,000 trees and shrubs for the revegetation efforts at the Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe’s new side channel.  The Caldero side channel provides nearly 1000 feet of critical off channel habitat for salmon, giving them a quiet escape from the main channel and the hazards of floods.  They invite you to add your hands and hearts to this amazing restoration story by planting with us this winter.
