Snails: A Life of Slime

Snails: A Life of Slime - Thurs, Sept 14th *New*

Jefferson County Master Gardener Foundation will present “Snails: A Life of Slime” with Ric Brewer, from Little Gray Farms Escargots.  He will lead us through the history, biology and anthropological insight into snails and slugs. While snails and slugs are much maligned by many of us gardeners, Ric will teach us how these mollusks make significant contributions to environmental health, are bellwethers of climate change and much more.

For more information go here and click on “Snails: A Life of Slime” on the right side of the page. This presentation is open to the general public as well as Master Gardeners.
Time:  3-5pm |  Location:  WSU Classroom – Port Hadlock, 97 Oak Bay Road
